Returning to work with the scent of roses

There’s a saying that all good things must come to an end. In the case of my short summer vacation this was certainly true, but luckily the memories and experiences remain – and photos to remind us of those. There’ll probably be a few posts with photos from July, but I’ll start with roses.

Roses?

Roses. And lots of them. When visiting my parents in Tampere, we went to the Hatanpää Arboretum, a nice waterfront park area with a dedicated place for about 160 different varieties of roses. Just a few samples below; click to enlarge and if you’re reading this with an online reader, please visit the site directly so the clicking actually would work.
